Rock veteran Aldo Nova has announced new 2026 tour dates, marking his return to the stage after recovering from a serious injury sustained last year.

Sharing the news on Facebook, Nova confirmed that his comeback show will take place in his hometown. “Good news — I’ll be playing my first show after my injury right here at home in Montreal. Come on out and have a great time on January 31st, 2026,” he wrote.

Back in November, Nova also reassured fans that more U.S. dates were on the way. “A lot of shows in the U.S. will be announced soon, and you’ll be able to see me and my band rock the house again,” he said on social media. “I can’t wait. Physio is doing wonders, so I’ll be in top shape.”

The Grammy-winning, multi-platinum artist is currently scheduled to perform at the Montreal Casino Cabaret on January 31, 2026. Additional confirmed dates include the Diesel Concert Lounge on August 16 and the Tupelo Music Hall on September 19.

Nova was forced to step away from touring after suffering a serious cervical spine fracture in July, which sidelined him for the remainder of the year. Following months of wearing a specialized neck brace and undergoing regular physiotherapy, he made a full recovery and was able to return to normal life without requiring spinal surgery.

With his health restored and more shows expected to be announced soon, Nova’s 2026 return promises a long-awaited reunion with fans eager to see him back on stage.
