Similar to the films currently being made about The Beatles. The singer shared this in an interview with GQ magazine.

According to Mick, there are already ideas for a film about The Rolling Stones, though he doesn’t want to say too much about it just yet. “I’m not going to reveal too much about that yet, but I do have a vision in mind. Of course, there are numerous ways to approach a biopic,” he shares. “Usually, you choose a brief period in someone’s life, framed by other events. Take the movie about Bob Dylan, for instance; they focus on the moment he went electric.”

According to the singer, it is important to carefully consider which period you choose. “What exactly are you going to zoom in on? And which two-year period is interesting enough? That movie about Bob Dylan covered two years, and the James Brown film I produced covered a bit more time.”

The rock band has been around for more than sixty years. Which part of the Stones’ history would be best suited for a film, the singer doesn’t know. “Because it’s such a long period,” he says.
